Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
By creating an account or using Wavionet (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
1. The Service
Wavionet provides an edge proxy layer, floating contact widgets (WhatsApp, forms, redirect, Website bot), visitor session tracking, and a dashboard for connected websites. You remain responsible for your own website content, DNS, hosting, and compliance with laws that apply to your business and visitors.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@wavionet.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Free trial & plans
Free trial and paid plans include the limits shown on our pricing / billing pages (for example websites, tracked events per month, and AI Website bot messages). We may change plan features with notice. Exceeding limits may pause ingestion or features until the next billing period or an upgrade.
4. Fees, cancellation & refunds
Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from the dashboard or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewal charges.
Digital service — non-refundable. Except where required by law, fees already paid (including subscription periods that have started and consumed usage/credits) are non-refundable. If we permanently discontinue the Service without a comparable replacement, we may offer a pro‑rata credit for unused prepaid time at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
- No illegal content, malware, or phishing on connected sites
- No abusing or overloading the Service or AI endpoints
- No attempting to bypass plan limits, security, or other customers’ data
- No using the Service to spam or harass end users
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your content & visitor data
You own your configuration and business content. Visitor leads and session data collected on your connected domains are processed for you as described in our Privacy Policy. You are the controller of visitor personal data for your sites; you must provide any notices/consents your jurisdiction requires.
7. DNS, proxy & availability
Connecting DNS routes traffic through our edge. Misconfiguration can make your site unreachable — follow dashboard instructions carefully. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, upstream host outages, and third-party failures may affect the Service.
8. AI features
Website bot answers are generated from the knowledge you provide and may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on the bot for medical, legal, or financial advice. Credits for AI answers are metered and non-transferable.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavionet and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for lost leads/data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.

This is a working draft for Wavionet. Have a lawyer review for your jurisdiction (especially consumer refund rules) before high-volume billing.
